Unit 5: Oral Presentation
The final assignment for English 12 is to submit an oral presentation. Within this course you have had some opportunities to create and submit some oral assignments. They were:
- Assignment 16F: Poetry Presentation
- Assignment 26S: Shakespeare Soliloquy Oral Presentation
Use the feedback you received on these two assignments to help strengthen your final presentation. You may choose to resubmit one of the oral presentations you have already done. This final assignment is worth 10% of your final grade for English 12 so please be sure that you have put in the effort needed for a major assignment.
I encourage you to create a presentation about something that you are passionate about. Some ideas might be:
- your own speech on a topic that you matters to you
- recreate a famous speech from history
- a favorite poem
- an advertisement for a real or imaginary product
- a soliloquy from a famous playwright (please note author and title)
All presentations must be between 45 - 12o seconds in length.
